Edits and alterations are free during the sketch phase of your commission.

All alterations to line work are free before approval.

Once your line work has been finished and you approve of the lines you cannot alter the line work in anyway shape or form. (This does not apply if it was my own error) I will not make any exception so please be very sure before giving the okay to your line work.

Small edits to coloring and shading are free, altering colors and shading over 50% of the image will have an added fee.

Adding accessories after is permitted for a fee so long as the accessories do not alter the image underneath.

Backgrounds and boarders can be added during any phase, some backgrounds and boarders are free, more detailed backgrounds will be at an additional cost.

Personal prints and use that are not sold for profit/commercially are permitted.

You may post your artwork anywhere you wish so long as credit is provided and the signature is unaltered and you (or others) are not profiting off said artwork.

All artworks are signed, you are not permitted to remove, crop, or otherwise distort my signature in anyway. If posted, my signature must remain visible on the posted work.

You may not use any of my artwork commercially including commissioned work.

All sales are final and I will not haggle once a price has been agreed on.

The price of your commission may increase depending on complexity of the character, amount of characters, how complex background artwork is, or colouring/shading alterations.

Once the sketch of your commission piece is approved, payment must be made in full.

Payment must be in USD.

As of right now I will only take payments in the form of Paypal and cash app

Gratuity is completely optional, and greatly appreciated, though keep in mind this will not affect your commission turnaround time or any other aspect of your artwork in anyway.

When claiming a ych, commission, or any other form of art you must respond within 24 hours and once an invoice is sent you have 48 hours to pay it in full. Missing either of these deadlines will result in you losing your slot/ych and repeat offenses will result in a ban.

Always make sure you have enough money, I am not responsible for your negligence if you spend your money unwisely.

Refunds are not permitted outside of the 3 month agreement unless stated otherwise.

If I do not start your artwork within 3 months you may request a refund.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason.

I reserve the right to post and display any artwork I've drawn, you may request I do not post your artwork, please ask this before your artwork is started.

I reserve the right to change or alter my T.O.S and prices at any time.

I will not tolerate any disrespect, racism, Homophobia, transphobia, bigotry, or any form of hate. You will be immediately blacklisted and permanently banned from any form of contact or purchase if I see this behavior displayed towards me or others.
